I've heard people have good luck with the Izuzu NPR intercooler. Last I saw 
they were going around $100-200 on eBay. I am personally getting a Ford 
Probe intercooler. They can be found very cheap. I've heard mixed opinions 
(anyone on the mailing list want to share there opinions of it with me?), 
but I found one for $15 and you can't beat that. They are at least as good 
as the stock intercooler. Mitsubishi Starion coolers are garbage. Later 
generation Supra coolers seem to be very nice and the price isn't horrible. 
Also, Volvo made a HUGE intercooler for there older S70. These are some 
ideas for you.
