I bought the whole front suspension off of a Turbo Z from a junkyard
in Madison, WI. I could *not* get the arms disconnected from the
frame, so I took it to a machine shop. I paid them $60 for an hour of
work that didn't accomplish anything except break more than $60 worth
of their tools (so I paid them for nothing and they still lost money
on the job).
Eventually, I took the whole thing back to the junkyard and claimed
that the parts were warranted to be useful, and they weren't useful
to me if neither I nor the machine shop could get them apart. Within
an hour the junkyard owner had burned the bolts out with a torch. He
was very skilled with the torch, because the bushings were only a
little bubbled but the bolts were gone gone gone.
Sorry it's not very hopeful, but I still wish you the best of luck.
