SD> help with carb problems

Help!  I'm still having trouble with my carb on my 83 1/2 carbed SC.  Have 
spent tons getting it rebuilt and readjusted.  Ran fairly decent over summer but 
now as cold weather hits, it wants to stick on fast idle all the time.  I've 
tried all the usual fixes.  I know these carbs were bad, even when new, and I 
don't have a ton of money to buy a lot of new stuff ... so any body have any 
help for this old guy who just loves my SC but gets weary of these carb 
problems!
