SD> 16v hybrid conversion

Does anyone know of a definative website on the hybrid coversion using the neon and/or stratus head. I see a lot of references about it on the web but not a step by step guide. With the price of  gas being around 3 bucks a gallon this fall, I intend on parking my challenger and driving a my shelby this summer. Thanks
