I once almost bought a nice low mileage 1989 LeBaron convertible T-2. But during the test drive the windshield/cowl area shook, creaked and groaned so much I did not buy the car. Later I read somewhere these cars are prone to what is called "cowl shake". I'll take a hardtop anytime.
