SD> Charging Problem

More Info on the problem. I sent this to Stefan but did not repost to the  
list.
Voltage Readings:
 
Car Off: 12.5 - 12.7 VDC
Cold Start: 13.7 - 14.2 VDC
After one or two minutes when fast idle drops it hangs around 13.3 for 10  
seconds or so then starts dropping.
Turn on headlights and voltage drops way down to 11.5 ....
 
If I remember correctly the Power Module (PM) is handling the request for  
charge. However, I think it is actually coming from the Logic Module (LM) and  
the PM is serving as the relaying handler.
Can anyone confirm? Once upon a time someone had the LM pin outs  posted. I 
used to have a disassembly and port map but was all lost when my PC  crashed a 
few years back.
