SD> new fuel pump-fixed problem

Hi All
I installed a NEW Dodge fuel pump and the Shelby Lancer starts  right up. 
When I pulled  the old one (1 month) the red wire looked all  black I think I got 
a bad  Walbro pump maybe it shorted out. I will  send it back and have it 
tested.
