SD> Flywheel Contact to Sheetmetal Trans Cover

On my recent build up of the car I have noticed a slight  contact between the 
flywheel and the sheet metal shield on the lower  portion of the transmission 
on cold starts. The noise disappears after the  engine is warm however, it 
must still be making contact from time to  time. I never had this problem before 
and the only change was a  McLeod Clutch which should have no effect. Any 
Advise?
