SD> value of glht

Hi everyone,

I recently found a glht for sale in my area and the
guy wants 500 dollars for it. The underbody is 100%
rust free but there is some rust on the roof. It has
the louvers. It also doesnt run and needs exterior and
interior work. I have a lot of time to work on it
though. The guy thinks that the car has a fuel pump
issue so it comes with a new walboro 255 pump.

My question is: 

Is the car worth the $500?

Or if I get it running and the interior/exterior
issues better will i still be able to get my money out
of it?
