The rear discs weigh 35 pounds per side vs 20 pounds per side for the  
large drums and 30 pounds per side for the non vented discs. Basically  
you will be doing a lot of work to have larger rear brakes than your  
front brakes and adding 15 pounds of unsprung weight to each rear  
wheel. They will bolt on if you really want to do it. make sure the  
little drum brake shoes (park brake) are good as they are about $45 a  
set.
