SD> Quick Question

I know that the Spirit with the 3.0 is not a Turbo car or a Shelby, but 
I need some assistance, if possible.  My neighbors 95 Spirit will not 
start.  There is no spark at all.  The fuel pump runs when you turn the 
key on, and it cranks over, but like I said it has no spark.  I tried 
another ASD relay, but that didn't help.  Is it the Hall Effect/Ignition 
Module?  The computer has kind of a high pitch whine/squeal to it when 
you turn the key on.  Any ideas?  Thanks guys!
