SD> 1989 Shelby Daytona and parts

My friend, Tom. is wants to off his 1989 Daytona Shelby T-top (going 
back to school).  A running, rust free car, a  tired car but strong 
runner but may have an axial U-joint problem (have a used axial).  Color 
is blue and has the 16" shelby wheels. This car was originally owned by 
me years ago (as well as a second Daytona Shelby I gave him years ago in 
exchange for labor).  I still have about $5,500 in NOS parts (and some 
used) for these cars that I bought years ago when I owned the cars 
including a 2.2 Shelby crate engine and turbo charger.  Since I held 
offing my parts, years ago, in case Tom might need them - Tom offered 
the car to be included as a bonus  to add to my selling the parts (no 
longer need to save them for him),   I offering  the parts and his car 
at $5000.   At some point soon I will start selling the parts on eBay.   
Tom's car is available for $800.00 separately.
