I would suggest runnign just normal 5w30 motor oil or a MTX oil such as 
redline MTX.

There is some concern about whether the synthetic is too slipery for the 
synchros.  I had a 10k mile failure on the second gear synchro on my 568 
when running mobil 1 0x30 a few years back so I stick to the cheaper 
conventional or MTL now.
