SD> 3rd Light Omni

Guys,
 
I think I need a 3rd light assembly (blue if possible) or at least the  
attaching bolts.  From sitting in the garage, dust and dirt built up under  the 
lamp leading me to try to clean around it.  I realized one of attaching  bolts 
had rusted and broke off and the other needed the slightest of movement to  
cause it to break.  
 
The lamp is fine except for the mounting bolts.  I looked in the 86  parts 
book and found that there is a repair package for these lamps.  Does  anyone 
know what the package contains?  
 
Anyone have a lamp to sell?
