I agree with the below.  I think this is an instance of a bad business dealing.  The web based forums have areas this information can be posted.  I don't see what that can't apply here in some fashion.  I was glad that information was sent to the list, after reading that I certainly won't be doing business with person who was unnecessarily beating up the seller.

Why do they have to keep it private?  I think its good to see some action on this list. Is two messages a day too much to handle?  If you only want car talk go to the forums. There is much more info there. Let em argue I say.  These mailing list die out because of all the dumb "rules". Like this one has.
