He means DRB II port....... Most are located near the battery under the hood in the wiring harness.... I'm not familiar with the Daytona harness.... 
 
The Shadow/Spirit is by the battery
The Dakota is on the firewall
 
Look on the harness for a L shaped connector which depending on year will have a cover over it....
